Our client is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. The analyst position is a high level, high exposure position influencing and executing company strategy. *This position is primarily remote, but will require someone to come in once a month for meetings*

responsibilities:
  • Execute annual sales compensation planning and design process
  • Determine the key elements of each plan
    • pay mix, leverage, measures, mechanics, crediting rules)
  • Partner with sales and commercial operations leadership to develop targets and quotas
  • Work with sales and commercial operations leadership to cascade quotas throughout the organization
  • Implement sales compensation plan documents and related training programs for plan participants
  • Administer sales incentives, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and other variable pay projects as identified by management
  • Act as a point of contact for queries related to compensation plans and payments
  • Prepare timely, accurate reporting to brief management and key partners on plan and program performance
 
qualifications:
  • 6+ experience in the sales compensation field in a structured corporate environment
  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Experience working with executives and interfacing with commercial teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • System savvy and technical proficiency
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
