Tatum Professional Search has an opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is a US Private Real Estate Investment firm located in Atlanta, GA.

    • Work with senior management on investor due diligence data requests, Fundraising analysis, and investor presentations.
    • Analyze industry data.
    • Prepare and/or individual hotel and Fund-level financial models working closely with the CFO and Asset Management team.
    • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly Noble investor presentations.
    • Complete monthly forecast and cash flow modeling for Noble entities.
    • Update Noble investment track record schedules (and related cash distribution waterfall excel file) on a quarterly (or ad hoc) basis.
    • Complete ad hoc reporting models on hotel entities for management meetings and reviews.
    • Prepare materials needed for annual Noble Fund investor meetings.
    • Provide assistance to CFO in completing quarterly investor reporting, including writing certain portions of the reports.
    • Manage change in day-to-day priorities and workload at short notice while meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
    • Become proficient in Noble's reporting system (Yardi) to provide reporting and prepare analytics for management.
    • Four-year college degree required in finance, real estate, economics, or accounting.
    • At least Four-plus (4+) years of business finance in a quantitively-heavy role, preferably in a real estate or hospitality firm.
    • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, including strong fluency with Microsoft Excel formulas and functions, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
    • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and attention to detail and accuracy is required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
    • Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability and willingness to invest time and effort to complete projects with hard deadlines.
    • Good business acumen.
    • Resourceful, well-organized, and dependable.
    • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with preparing investment track record and related cash distribution waterfalls is preferred, but not required.
