job summary:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our fast growing pharmaceutical client. This person will assist FP&A with reporting, budgeting and forecasting of spending, and; ad-hoc month/quarter end activities.
*This position is in-office 2-3 days per week*

responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results, determine variance drivers, and provide performance insight
- Provide analysis as it relates to decision making
- Able to perform a thorough analysis of business activities
- Identify any risks and opportunities related to budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and the reporting on business performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management as well as their teams
- Ad-hoc reporting
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- 3+ years of similar experience (Biopharma, pharma or medical device preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial analysis, interpretation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel
