Tatum Professionals is currently assisting a rapidly growing client during their confidential search for a new Senior Financial Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modeling, as well as be proficient in Microsoft excel. Additionally, exposure or advanced skills working within Power BI is highly desirable.
qualifications:
- Prepare journal entries and prepare monthly GL account reconciliations.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Track portfolio company performance and key disbursement, repayment and reporting dates as laid out in each loan and investment agreement.
- Build and manage financial models to support analysis of impact investment opportunities under consideration, including small-and-medium enterprises and investment companies.
- Draft investment memoranda and support transaction negotiation and execution for impact investing opportunities.
