job summary:

Tatum Professional Search is partnering with a global leader in manufacturing storage solutions and looking to add an experienced Senior Financial Consolidation Manager to help lead a team.

Compiles and presents accurate consolidated financial statements within OneStream, prepared in accordance with US GAAP, and other reporting requirements to management on a timely basis.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office & 2 days WFH (with flexibility)

  • Prepare, review and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly Consolidated financial reports.
  • Maintain multi-currency translations for international operations within OneStream.
  • Understand differences between international reporting standards and US reporting standards to determine applicable US GAAP adjustments on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain consolidation and elimination adjustments within OneStream.
  • Disseminate and prepare Consolidated financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly Board of Director presentations.
  • Develop and maintain various KPI's to help provide management with leading indicators.
  • Lead role in coordinating the Consolidated budget process; to include working with all cost and profit center managers to coordinate the individual budgets through the consolidated budget.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Consolidated forecast model, as required.
  • Implement and maintain OneStream Consolidation, Budgeting, and Forecasting efforts.
  • Track Departmental entity level expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization, as needed.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis, as required.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred).
  • Five to ten years' experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Consolidation Software, SAP, Hyperion, HFM or OneStream experience preferred
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across all levels of the organization.
