responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed financial reports in support and creation of current and future company projects.
  • Support VP Finance and other key members driving weekly, monthly ad-hoc reporting.
  • Build, lead, and manage the FP&A department, including designing and managing operating cadence, developing, streamlining, and standardizing financial reports and process, overseeing financial planning tools and technology, and developing and managing FP&A team members.
  • Lead, develop, and own data collection and reporting across the organization, including daily, weekly, and monthly KPI and financial reporting, 13-week cash forecasting, forecasting and budgeting, and other key FP&A reporting materials
  • Proactively measure and analyze current and prior business performance, and make recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and other business unit heads to grow revenue, increase profit margins, manage working capital, and improve efficiencies
  • Design, coordinate and manage the preparation and delivery of deliverables and analysis to the executive team, board of directors, investors, and lenders
  • Monitor the efficiency of accounting control procedures or software programs.
  • Partner with key members to identify and assess business gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and develop direct reports, teammates and self to reach fullest potential.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement focus while driving for results and exceeding expectations.
  • Build effective and efficient teams while ensuring the team has work/life integration and balance.
     
    qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    • B.S. in Finance or B.A. in in Management with a concentration in Accounting/Finance.
    • 5+ years of experience in Finance and FP&A.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel; expert level with pivot tables, formulas, and the like.
    • Strong proficiency with Computerized Accounting Software (Oracle Cloud or Netsuite software preferred).
    • Strong understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA).
    • Strong accounting, financial, treasury management and analytical skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
    • Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple priorities.
