My client, a large publicly traded organization, is hiring (2) strong finance professionals: FP&A Analyst AND Senior FP&A Analyst to add to their well established corporate offices. My client has revenues of 1.6B and total valued at 4.5B and 100% DEBT FREE!! One of South Florida's classiest TOP companies to work for!!!

The FP&A Analyst AND Senior FP&A Analyst position(s) will report directly into the FP&A Manager with with a dotted line to the Director of FP&A and CFO.

This role is working in the office, Monday-Friday. Local candidates within Doral/Medley area are a must!!!

Seeking talented, bright, and driven people. Currently looking for a FP&A Analyst and Senior FP&A Analyst that will work directly with the FP&A Manager conducting financial and operational analysis, collecting and reviewing population industry materials, and coordination of tasks associated with the financial reporting of our clinics and related firms in the healthcare industry.

responsibilities:
  • Prepares, analyzes and reviews periodic forecasts, annual budgets, monthly cash flow and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; identify opportunities for financial improvement and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Complete monthly revenue accrual process enterprise wide.
  • Prepares FP&A slides for presentation with Board of Directors and Senior Management.
  • Complete adhoc reporting and projects as assigned.
  • Provide guidance when needed to analysts.
  • Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 3-4+ years work experience in an FP&A capacity.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • TM1 experience is desirable.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of concurrent tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Skill in operating phones, personal computers, software, and other IT systems.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
  • Fluent in English and preferably fluent in Spanish
