Fund Accountant/ Senior Fund Accountant

Location: Radnor, PA

Our client is a middle market direct lending and alternative credit investment firm with

a team of over 60 professionals, and 8.3 billion across a wide range of industries since its founding in 2005.

- Prepare cash reconciliations

- Portfolio/loan administration

- Maintain portfolio administration and account system integration

- Prepare analyses / reporting

- Loan agent services / processes

- Monthly billing, tracking, and reporting of principal and interest payments

- Assist with portfolio manager requests

- Prepare loan audit confirmations

- Works independently and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

including special projects.

- Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating day-to-day accounting tasks and activities essential to the

company's performance and success

Assist With The Following

- quarterly close

- fund audits

- capital calls

- capital account statements and other investor reporting

- tracking / preparing relevant tax filings

- investor requests

- management requests



The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter and team player who can function in anentrepreneurial atmosphere with minimal supervision. Strong analytical background - including both finance and accounting skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Qualified candidates should also possess the following:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

- Very strong knowledge of accounting, generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting. Working knowledge of private equity partnership accounting/reporting a plus.

- Knowledge of bank loans and/or direct lending

- Strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in gathering, synthesizing and communicating information.

- Ability to work and contribute to a team-building environment.

- Demonstrates the highest levels of ethics, values and integrity

skills: Excel
