job summary:

Tatum Professional Search is currently working with an Orange County based, high growth real estate company that is looking for an exceptional Sr. Fund Accountant to add to the team. Company offers a great culture that encourages innovation and supports employee's career goals. The role would be a hybrid position and would report to the Fund Controller.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Journal entries
  • Financial Reporting
  • Debt covenant monitoring
  • Review and approve AP
  • Bank and Loan statement reconciliations
  • Cash flow schedule and distributions
  • Additional duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of fund accounting and 1 or more years of public accounting experience. Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Real estate or similar industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate or related field required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
