responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performs monthly reconciliations for expenses and concessionaires
- Liaison with vendors for accounting and transactions
- Communicates to ensure accurate transactions and forecast are documented
- Preforms P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Performs annual audits
- Collects and prepares the transactions history to the monthly accrual database by recording activity to the General Ledger
- Prepares annual budgeting through forecasting, income statements and cash flow
- Manages assets, descriptions schedules, gains/losses
- Previous experience with tax returns and auditing
qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of General Ledger experience required
- Experience with SAGE and Excel preferred
