responsibilities:

Duties

  • Prepare, process, review and submit weekly and multi-state semimonthly payroll
  • Research payroll issues and follow up with applicable party
  • Process garnishments and answer court interrogatories
  • Accurate data entry
  • Payroll monthly, quarterly and yearly audits and reconciliation
  • Reconcile 401k contributions and submit to vendor
  • Support manager of payroll and rest of HR team when necessary
  • Provide support with the setup of a new pay group(s)
  • Support auditor request(s)
 
qualifications:
  • 5+ years of high volume and multi-state payroll experience
  • CPP Certification highly preferred
