job summary:

Tatum is partnering with a growing commercial real estate investment company in Addison that is looking to hire a Sr. REIT Analyst. This position will be an in-office role.

 
location: Dallas, Texas

salary: $110,000 - 130,000 per year
work hours: 8 to 5
education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 5 Years
 
responsibilities:
  • Compile monthly GAAP basis financials for the REIT
  • Perform equity pickups for REIT investments
  • Prepare consolidated REIT parent financials
  • Coordinate GAAP/IFRS component audit of U.S. REIT
  • Coordinate tax preparation for REIT and parent federal and state returns
  • Manage treasury function
  • Perform quarterly distribution and cash analysis
  • Prepare annual and mid-year budgets for the consolidated REIT parent including equity pickups
 
qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Real estate industry experience
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
