Our client, a well established leader in their industry has an excellent opportunity for a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist. In addition to strong recruiting skills, the ideal candidate will have experience extracting large amounts of data, building spreadsheets, working with Pivot tables and setting up data tables.

responsibilities:
  • Advise hiring managers and business unit leaders by providing recruiting and consulting services for their positions which include non-exempt, professional and Information Technology
  • Determine candidate fit using a thorough screening and interviewing process.
  • Present and negotiate offers
  • Build talent networks using creative methods and techniques
  • Track and analyze candidate submittals and assist with on-boarding.
  • Research and recommend ideas related to recruitment that will contribute to the on-going effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
 
qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate will have 7 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting
  • Must have experience mining, extracting and analyzing data.
  • Must have advanced EXCEL skills including Pivot Tables, data tables and spreadsheets
  • Master's in Human Resources or a Certificate in Data Analytics strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP a plus
