job summary:

Tatum Professional Search is currently working with an Orange County based, high growth real estate company that is looking for an exceptional SVP, Development/Construction. Company offers a great culture that encourages innovation and supports employee's career goals. The role would be full time onsite and would support the company's real estate development/construction initiatives.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with acquisitions team, would support due diligence process and provide input
  • Manage development team to include Project Managers
  • Ensure development team is meeting deadlines, budgets and business plans
  • Negotiate terms with consultants and contractors
  • Obtain required approvals and certifications/permits as required
  • Additional duties as assigned
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive real estate operations and construction/development experience. Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Expert level knowledge of construction
  • Experience with Project Management and MS Office software
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate or related field required
