Tatum is actively assisting a company based in Fort Mill, SC with their search for a Sr Accountant.

responsibilities:
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements for the main company, which consists of our Corporate HQ and our 3PL Division
  • Prepare the monthly Payroll entry and bill out proper divisions
  • Prepare the Quarterly 3PL Trend Analysis, along with the monthly freight analysis
  • Prepare the Quarterly Commission Schedule
  • Prepare the Annual Budget for 3 Companies
  • Prepare the monthly Corporate Summary of all Yager Companies (excel)
  • Routinely analyze inventory, reporting on irregularities and making corrections
  • Maintain intercompany spreadsheet tracking revenue/expenses that need to be recorded on various companies.
  • Assists in the weekly AP check runs, but ensuring that dollar limit signoffs have been acquired and that g/ls are correct
 
qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skilled individual, who also knows ACCESS Database
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, without the need for close supervision
  • Strong communication skills
