job summary:

Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for a Sr. HR Generalist for their well-established natural food manufacturing company in the San Fernando Valley California. This position is full time, direct hire, will report to the Director of HR and would have an opportunity to focus in areas of HR that are a passion to you!

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Implementing HR initiatives and procedures
  • Administer compensation and performance evaluation

  • Employee Relations
  • Process Improvement
  • Maintain HRIS System
  • Open enrollment
  • Other duties as assigned
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or blue collar setting and must be bilingual Spanish. Other requirements include:

  • Ability to conduct business in Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree
