job summary:

Tatum is actively assisting a rapidly growing tech start up with their search for a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Our client has a revolutionary product offering, is generating revenue and recently closed their first round of VC Funding. This is an excellent opportunity to join an early stage company, with significant growth potential. On top of an excellent salary, they offer fully covered health insurance for the employee (and family) along with an equity offering from a company that just completed and oversold their first funding round. This role is also fully remote, with a preference for applicants in the Raleigh/Durham area.

  • Build and implement targeted recruiting strategies to generate robust and diverse pipelines, taking candidates from start to close
  • Build and implement pipeline updates for the business regarding interview activity, challenges, and market trends to help drive sourcing strategies and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions
  • Ensure a first-class candidate experience
  • Build and refine on the companies diversity and inclusion strategy - prioritizing a diverse workforce
 
qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven Technical Recruiting success with agency staffing experience preferred
  • Previous experience sourcing Front/Back End, DevOps, Quality and Security Engineers
  • Prior experience working in a start up environment preferred
