tax manager in hollywood

Growing publicly traded company in Broward County seeking to hire a Tax Manager immediately. This position offers excellent compensation package and work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quarterly and year-end worldwide tax provision workpapers under ASC 740
• Review federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns
• Analyze and multi-state nexus positions and filing requirements
• Review estimated federal and multi-state corporate income tax payment calculations
• Manage and facilitate federal and state income tax audits and respond to tax notices
• Assist with M&A tax due diligence of US operations and foreign, including analysis of prospective acquisitions and research of potential impact on legal structure and tax elections

Requirements:

• CPA license required
• Master's Degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience
• Multi-State taxation preferred
• ASC 740 experience highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills
