Responsibilities:
- Receive and review all tax notices (Federal, State, Local) and problem solve solutions.
- Prepare and remit all sales/use tax and 1099 reports across all applicable entities.
- Maintain a master dashboard for parcels owned and property taxes assessed.
- Maintain weekly forecasts and estimates based on various capital event scenarios for reporting to leadership restructuring, sales, cost segregations, etc.
- Establish and maintain tax basis schedules for all entities and investors.
- Manage cost segregation process, 45L process and any other tax credits.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of year-end tax preparation across all entities.
- Providing daily updates of tax status during filing season
- Support fund administration, client/investor relationships, and related financial processes from a tax perspective.

Requirements:
- CPA is preferred but not required.
- More than 5 years of experience in real estate partnerships, REITs, private equity, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong background in financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Knowledgeable of property accounting is preferred, multi-family a plus
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Eagerness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
