Full Accounting & Finance department ownership, wear many hats and drive business related items, reports directly into a GM and close relationship with the company Founder.

  3. Directing all accounting and finance functions, act as a key business partner preparing and presenting financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management

  • Oversees the preparation of multi-site monthly consolidated financial statements, year end review and manages accounting services including AP, AR, payroll and cost accounting.
  • Lead the month end close for all divisions, maintain fixed assets, and amortization schedules, implement process improvement and accounting control measures.
  • Partner with leadership for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and general management of the business, prepare and distribute KPI reports.
  • Provides financial analysis insight, pricing decisions, cost and contract analysis, operational forecasting performance vs. budget, general ledger and income statement analysis.
  • Assist Management team with strategic direction of human capital, information technology and business systems to meet the growing needs of the Company.
  • Manages four in day-to-day supervision, goal setting, performance evaluations, and training.
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Ability to own a full accounting and finance controllership, lead a team and wear multiple hats.
  • Experience in a company ranging in revenues from $30M-$100M or 100+ employees.
  • A CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA is helpful but not required.
  • Manufacturing or transportation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Lead the department, driven by the ability to understand the business, strategic thinker, can effect positive change through structured training, and ability to identify new opportunities.
