job summary:

The position will be responsible for designing and developing FHE Technology for unique applications in the Commercial and Defense world. The interface between printed conductors and die attach methods will be a critical element of the work.

responsibilities:
  • Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the engineering group.
  • Ensures that all engineering projects, initiatives and processes are in line with the technical capabilities and expands the technical skillset, equipment and infrastructure as needed by project requirements. Guides the engineering team in the approach to creating technical solutions within a commercially viable framework by selecting processes, materials and design approaches to achieve these goals.
  • Develops and maintains tools for financial estimation of project proposals and the resource planning.
  • Identify future technology areas and target customers where the current technology can be applied.

  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
  • Demonstrate technical innovation and delivered results for complex, time critical technical projects in a demanding team environment.
  • Strong equipment skills and capable of driving improvements in equipment needed to deliver leading edge process capability.
