job summary:

A specialized MSP/Cloud/DaaS/IaaS company focused on the Healthcare SMB market (specialty care, ambulatory surgical centers, rural clinics, community hospitals, physician practices) is looking for a VP Sales.

responsibilities:

They are looking for the right vertical leader to be a part the company's leadership team, that is willing to roll up their sleeves and bring new business, while setting the HC strategy and building out the Healthcare sales team. The right candidate lies at the intersection of sales/managed services/smb healthcare.

 
qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex IT, cloud, and managed services into middle market Healthcare providers (50-250 employees)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams, enabled by a structured metrics/data driven sales methodology
  • In depth understanding of the Healthcare provider industry dynamics, especially in the small and mid-market segment
  • Established relationships and knowledge of the supporting healthcare technology ecosystem across EHR/EMR platforms, related health services
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms, especially Azure, is a plus

Base salary could be 175-225k or more, OTE could be 300 or more, plus equity.
