This company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Integrations to become an integral part of a high-performing portfolio value creation Operations Group. The portfolio Operations Group is involved throughout the investment lifecycle with the mandate to maximize investment equity value creation by getting the best people, strategies, and processes in place and leveraging portfolio scale.

responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The VP of Financial Integration will work on Pre and Post close financial integration to setup a standard work and streamlined processes. This position will guide the portfolio company to setup up standard accounting functions, assist in financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income:

 
qualifications:

- Experience in a professional services firm performing buy or sell side diligence, and/or performing QOE analyses, strongly desired.

- Several years of experience in a highly leveraged environment or an environment where liquidity and credit is closely monitored.
