responsibilities:
  • $130K-$170K, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, STD/LTD, life Insurance and TONS of fringe benefits, such as two annual company gatherings, vehicle purchase program, hotel discounts, free parking, and onsite fitness center!
  • Hands-on leader will lead a team of 4, partnering closely with the leadership team. This will drive the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the companies 5 divisions.
  • Full ownership of the accounting and finance functions for plant and corporate reporting, leadership in long and short term strategic planning, implement policy and controls.
  • Analyze and grow financial position, acts as overall company financial advisor in the corporate planning group, analyze operations, analyze commissions and annual profit sharing plan, and oversee analysis of acquisitions, spin offs or future business expenditures.
 
qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience, bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA, CMA or MBA a plus.
  • Worked in a privately held business with revenues ranging from $20-$100M.
  • Experience in owning the accounting and finance functions, with strong leadership qualities.
  • Manufacturing and DOD contract experience is helpful but not required.
