Tatum is partnering with a large consulting firm that is hiring a Workday Certified Professional. This is a permanent position in Dallas with unlimited growth opportunities.

education: Bachelor's degree

responsibilities:

- Investigate and analyze employee Service Requests

- Provide Workday support to clients and colleagues

- Run daily and weekly system audit reports, correct data and/or notify end users of data issues

- Support the team as needed with systems projects, referrals activities and learning programs

- Assist in maintaining system support documentation and learning materials

 
qualifications:

- Current Workday certification in Payroll

- Self- motivated

- Ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
