About:

Brad is a founding Partner of Tatum Executive Search and has over 20 years of business and consulting experience. As a Managing Partner, he specializes in retained executive and senior-level search engagements across a broad spectrum of functional areas. Brad's expertise encompasses the fields of private equity and investment banking, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, the non-profit sector, professional services, and technology development. 

Getting to know Brad:

Prior to joining Tatum, Brad was the President and founder of the Bird Dog Recruiting, Inc. companies—Bird Dog Executive Search, BDR Healthcare, and Bird Dog Recruiting; a Partner with Tabor Harrison; and a Principal and consultant for Robert Half Executive Search. 

Throughout his career, he has been involved with numerous organizations and charities, his favorite being the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children.

Skills and knowledge:

Brad has a Bachelor's in Economics from Saint Bonaventure University and an Master's in Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Brad is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).  

He has been recognized by peers, clients and candidates as a detail-oriented search professional who places a high value on integrity, communication and successful outcomes. About:

Mark Bernecker, Tatum’s Director of Executive Search, has nearly 20 years of recruiting industry experience, including eight years working at Randstad Professionals. He is a national player in the retained search industry and leverages a very deep and robust network of business relationships. With an extensive background and expertise in a wide variety of industries, Mark has an unwavering passion for helping clients exceed their business goals and objectives by providing strategic methodologies and delivering measurable results.

Getting to know Mark:

Mark was born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He moved to Norfolk, Virginia while serving in the United States Navy. Mark and his wife have a son and daughter. Mark is a baseball, basketball and football coach for his son’s leagues, as well as a Boy Scout leader. For the past 16 years, Mark has served on his Alma Mater’s Board of Directors and is currently on the Steering Committee for the CFO Leadership Council in the DC Metro Area. Mark is a founding member of an Annual Breast Cancer Golf Tournament. He spearheads several events each year to raise awareness and funds to support local Breast Cancer organizations.

Skills and knowledge:

Prior to joining Tatum, Mark was the Regional Vice President of the Virginia and DC Metro regions for Randstad Professionals. He was responsible for overseeing a team of 50 and driving the team to meet business revenue goals and KPIs. Mark is highly self-motivated, a dynamic leader and exceptional communicator. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University in Business Administration and History.

Logan has a strong record of achievement in managing recruitment services and talent delivery while coordinating large (130-person plus) teams across multiple locations. About:

Jeff is a Managing Director with Tatum Executive Search and has more than 20 years of experience in executive search, management consulting and sales. He is a trusted advisor to his clients helping them identify senior level executives at critical inflection points. He has worked extensively to recruit senior executive leaders in C-level management positions across multiple industries for some of the fastest growing companies in the world. His diverse career includes work with private equity and venture capital firms as well as consumer/retail, industrial, healthcare and technology.

Getting to know Jeff:

Jeff holds a BS in Economics from Colby College and is actively involved with the Charlestown MA Lacrosse and Learning Center. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and golfing with his family.

Skills and Knowledge:

Prior to joining Randstad, Jeff was a founding partner at Monument Executive Search, which provided placements for companies in the healthcare and financial services industry. His assignments included identifying C-Suite and executive leaders for integrated health systems, academic medical centers and healthcare information technology companies and asset managers. Before embarking on his career in executive search, Jeff spent ten years in financial services as an Equity Trader and Desk Analyst.

A thought leader specializing in the executive search space, Tony has conducted numerous C-level search assignments for clients in the private equity, oil and gas, oilfield services, oilfield equipment manufacturing and investment banking sectors.

Getting to know Tony:

Tony holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Heather and three sons. When outside of the office, Tony is involved in his sons tackle football and lacrosse leagues, volunteering his time as both a coach and league administrator.
